The courses listed under Pro Courses are especially suitable for ecologists, consultants, rangers and site managers as well as members of local Friends of Groups and anyone involved with surveying wildlife and site management.

The courses listed below are aimed at beginners and amateur naturalists who want to learn more. No prior knowledge of a subject is assumed, so don't be put off if the subject is new to you. Please note that the courses are designed for adults. For most courses there is some classroom tuition, but a strong emphasis is placed on practising identification skills in the field. If you have an identification guide for a subject, please bring it along, as this will help.

Please note that as most of our courses are run from wildlife reserves, dogs are not generally allowed.
