Heather and Tracy visited Keyhaven today at around 1pm and saw both the American Golden Plover and the Osprey. The Plover was on the small lagoon inland with a group of Lapwings. Nearer to the car parking area and viewable from various places the Osprey was sat on a sunken pontoon with a group of Cormorants. Others had seen the Black necked Grebe on the nearest scrape to the road and a Merlin had been hunting along the outer marsh opposite the Plovers lagoon.

Excellent Tracey and Heather, You did better than me. I went out on Monday afternoon and didn't see either!! Has anyone else been to see this Yankee Plover? Simon Curson.
