The weather was mostly cloudy with a little sun. Highlights were Great Spotted Woodpecker.

From the car park we saw a few Robin, a Treecreeper and a little way into the wood a Nuthatch was seen. However the walk itself was very quiet for birds indeed. A few Woodpigeons, Robins, Blackbirds, a Great Spotted Woodpecker and a Coal Tit or two were all that we recorded. However the scenery was great and the weather far nicer than had been forecast!!
