Went to Blashford Lakes. Loads of birds there. On Ibsley Water (where the new hides look over) there was 1 Black-necked Grebe, a few Ruddy Duck, Pochard, Tufted Ducks, Little and Great-crested Grebe and lots of Gadwall, Wigeon and Coot. From the hide looking out over Ivy Lake we got great views of 2 Green Sandpiper and a Kingfisher. The woodland hide gave us great views of Great-spotted Woodpecker and Siskin. Simon Curson
