Red-footed Falcon (26th May)
« on: May 26, 2008, 04:06:45 PM »

There have been a number of Red-footed Falcons around the country recently. They have come over from SE Europe. They look like an all dark Hobby.
One has been at Beaulieu Road Station for a few days now out on Shatterford Heath - go and have a look. It is well worth it as this is a species you probably won't see again for a long time.
Cheers
