Birds in your Garden (Ringwood, Hampshire)
Location: Blashford Lakes Centre (Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust), Ringwood, Hampshire.

Date and time: 10.00am-3.00pm Sunday 21 February.

A day concentrating on garden birds. How to identify them, how to garden for them and other ways of helping them. Today we will learn how to identify the birds that are likely to come into your garden, as well as ways of attracting more with food, nest boxes and planting. We will also touch on attracting other wildlife to your garden too. The day will include some time outside practicing identifying birds. There are toilets at the study centre

Length of walks: Short, about 3km.

What to bring: Binoculars if you have them and any books on bird identification or garden birds. Please bring a packed lunch.
